A natural wine from 2022, known as Palhete, which typically refers to wines made by blending red and white grape varieties.

with body, but dry.

Manufacturing method:

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, non-certified organic cultivation with minimum sulphites at bottling. Without filtration or fining, only minimal addition of sulphites during bottling, may contain residues of bitartrate. Matured in stainless steel without the addition of wood and without malolactic fermentation. Fermented in a stainless steel with the skins and 1/3 of the stalk, stepped by foot once a day for 4 days until fermentation started, and stabilized with dry ice. After fermentation, it was pressed in a pneumatic press with light pressure and transferred to stainless steel; fermentation lasted 3 weeks at 15 degrees controlled temperature. After fermentation, transfer to a stainless steel tank for 6 months.
