This is a red wine (Tinto) from the 2022 vintage, packaged in a 3-liter box, ideal for sharing or extended use.

Only 300 boxes produced, making it a limited-edition offering.

IVV Certification: Certifies the wine meets industry production and quality standards.

Manufacturing method:

Fermentation with inoculated yeast, non-certified organic cultivation with sulphites during the winemaking process. No filtration or gluing. Matured in stainless steel without adding wood and with malolactic fermentation carried out. Fermented in a stainless steel with the skins, stepped by foot three times a day for two weeks until fermentation ends. After two weeks pressed in a manual press and transferred to stainless steel, fermentation lasted 3 weeks without temperature control. After fermentation, transfer to a stainless steel tank for 6 months.
