This is a white wine with an "orange" character (orange wine), which means it was produced using a technique where the juice from white grapes ferments with the skins, giving it a richer flavor and color. The grapes come from old vines, averaging 80 years of age, which results in more concentrated and complex flavors.

Tasting notes: very light orange with tropical flavours of pineapple and passion fruit, good acidity, persistent aftertaste & body.
A limited series of 3000 bottles has been produced.

Manufacturing method:

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, non-certified organic cultivation with minimum
sulphites at bottling. No filtration or chemicals. Fermentation in stainless steel and skin contact for 14 days with two pump-overs per day, after fermentation is complete, transfer to stainless steel, where the malo ends, primary lees separated and sur lie for 10 months in stainless steel, without batonnage.
