Meet your Host, Luis

Academically I am a biologist, in life I am wine producer, writer, food expert, & cultural traditionalist. I have over 9 years experience in wine production and have recently launched my first wine (@cavemanwinery). Currently writing a guide book about the city based on my blog, which I will share with you. My biggest pleasure is Portugal and its Wine. I was Born and have lived here for 16 years and have always loved its gastronomy & culture. I want you to experience Portugal the way I see it.
