This is a natural red wine from the 2023 vintage, crafted with minimal intervention. The grapes are sourced from vines aged 15 to 20 years, which offer a good balance of concentration and youthful vigor.

Tasting notes: Cherry notes that are persistent with yogurt notes and light tanins.

Manufacturing method:

Indigenous Fermentation in a stainless steel, semi-carbonic maceration with whole stemless grapes, 9 days. Pressed and transferred to a stainless steel tank with temperature control between 15-20 degrees. Cold stabilization 10 degrees 4 weeks. Organic production non certified with min sulfites at bottling.
