This is a naturally crafted cider produced in 2022 using organic apples and minimal intervention. Made from a 1:1:1 ratio of Fuji, Golden, and Golden Delicious Red apples. This balanced blend brings sweetness, acidity, and complexity.

A very limited production of just 700 bottles, emphasizing its artisanal nature.
Alcohol: 9.8%

Manufacturing method:

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, non-certified organic cultivation with minimum sulphites at bottling. No filtration or fining, just minimal addition of sulphites during bottling. Apple crushing in a crushing machine, manual press with pressure of 4/5 bars and fermented in a stainless steel press. Fermentation lasted 6 weeks at 15 degrees controlled temperature.
